My Fantasy Football won both games this week, and I’m pretty sure I am guaranteed a playoff spot. If I win next week’s games I could get a nice BYE week. Whoever thought that playing Payton Manning against the Kansas City Chiefs was a good idea must be kicking himself. Now I can enjoy tonight’s MNF game with Carolina hosting the great and almighty New England Patriots. Here were some songs I was jamming to while winning.
First off, Robs & Duke from Germany have tracks that have been sitting my crates for sometime now, and their new midtempo track is going right in there. Jungle Bounce is that kind of some that you can’t quite box it into a genre, but it sounds amazing and that’s all that counts.
Going one deeper, the homie Durante put out a great house track titled M.O.S. as a tip of the hat to the UK’s Ministry of Sound.
Even one deeper, Taiki & Nulight with new hotness.
Dubco best friend Prince Fox still feeling it, released a trap VIP of his moombahcore track now hosted on the EDM Network.
I might be a little late on this once, but I love Mala Noche, who is also known as Nicholas Dias. He did work closely with another producer I like, King Kong, but the two have separated. This track got the smoothest vocals over a midtempo twerk beat with those lovely tropical influences.
Keepin’ it hunnid, G-Buck drop this track with all the thun thun and tunrt ups that’ll make your fingers snap.
Jean Tonique got some crazy nudisco vibes over Jay-Z… I had a friend who, the other day, said that rap is weak over four-to the floor. I disagree. I believe a good rapper can jam at any tempo.
Notixx has some new trap stuff parked at 160BPM, got me feeling woozy right from the intro. If you want to float into some mean two-step, check out “The Other Side Of Fear.”
And lastly I would like to mention the new Death Grips album, which appeared out of nowhere with no warning or promotion. What the hell are these guys doing?3
